With all the excitement surrounding the reopening announcements of the WDW parks, we have some exciting news of our own! The first public beta release of MouseSync is now available for testing! Many bugs have been fixed thanks to your feedback and we’ve added many new features to the current version.

If you have a previous beta version of MouseSync installed on your device, check the TestFlight app for the MouseSync update. If you do not have MouseSync installed, download the TestFlight app from the App Store then visit the following link to install MouseSync:

ABOUT THE APP

MouseSync is a project created by two Disney Cast Members for the benefit of their fellow Cast. The app allows Cast Members to import schedules from “The Hub” and easily sync to their mobile device’s calendar. Additionally, schedule and timer reminders can be set to help automate the work day.

We would like to help as many Cast Members as possible. This service is provided complimentary and ad-free with no benefit to the developers. All we ask in return is to help spread the word by sharing on social media and relaying the information to co-workers.

I'm having trouble logging in.

This could be an issue with The Hub itself or the way your device interacts with The Hub. Make sure you have Two-Factor Authentication set up on your device.

When will MouseSync launch?

We're currently in our first public beta. You are welcome to download Apple's TestFlight app then download our public beta to experience MouseSync for yourself. A download link is available in the "Public Beta" section of this website.

Will MouseSync be available for Android?

We know many Cast Members have Android devices which could be helped by our service. At the moment, there is no official plan for an Android app but it has certainly been discussed.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is MouseSync's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our app or website, www.mousesyncapp.com, and the social media profiles we operate.

Our app stores no personal or work information, nor does it have the ability to view your information or credentials. Data is only transmitted between The Hub and your personal iCloud account, both of which are secure servers. We are merely a conduit connecting you to the involved services.

TERMS OF USE

By using MouseSync, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of your employer and The Hub. While MouseSync is a helpful tool designed to make your lives easier, it is not meant to replace checking your official work schedule. To comply with The Hub’s security protocol, MouseSync does not automatically update your calendar when changes are made to your work schedule. MouseSync assumes no liability for any discrepancy of scheduled shift or break periods. The app has been thoroughly tested by working Cast Members. While we don’t anticipate any issues, you are responsible for any scheduled shifts regardless of what the app may display. Any sync issues are more than likely from a change to The Hub, which is beyond our control.
